DELIVERY

1. Delivery by InPost courier:

We deliver orders to the address you specify throughout Poland.
Before delivering your order, the courier will call you to arrange a delivery date convenient for you.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you an email that your order has been shipped.
The delivery fee is 20,00 PLN.
Please fill in the required fields in your account when placing your order so that the courier can contact you and arrange a delivery date convenient for you. Be sure to include your phone number.

2. Delivery to InPost Parcel locker:

To receive your order at your convenience, and to pay less for the delivery of your order, you can pick up your order at the nearest InPost Parcel lockers.

The fee for parcel locker delivery is from 14,00 PLN.
When you place your order, indicate that you would like to receive your order by postcard locker, and we will send it to inPost boxes at the address you indicate.
When your order is delivered to the parcel machine you indicated, you will receive codes to pick up your order via SMS.
3 Delivery Method - Salon Pickup:

3. You can pick up your order at the RENT BOUTIQUE showroom in Warsaw:

New City Building, 15 Marynarska Street, Warsaw.

RETURNS

You can return your order via inPost parcel locker or at the showroom in Warsaw. All information required for return, depending on the delivery/return information you selected when placing your order,  you will receive with your order in the package. Please make sure to remove the old label before returning.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@rentboutique.com, and we will refund you the order amount according to the conditions provided below:

IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY ON THE GARMENT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER AND DECIDED NOT TO WEAR IT AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT OFFICE@RENTBOUTIQUE.COM, AND WE WILL REFUND YOU THE ORDER AMOUNT (EXCEPT FOR DELIVERY AND INSURANCE EXPENSES) ACCORDING TO THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED BELOW:

If you want to cancel the 24-hour fitting order, we will refund 100% RB credits.

Credits are valid until February 1st of the next year.
