Rent Boutique is an online rental platform. On the website, you can choose from a variety of formal clothes and accessories, reserve them for a specific period, and receive the order through a courier at your desired address or pick it up at the salon. For more information, you can read the "How does it work?" page on the website.

You are welcome to visit Rent Boutique Dream Room in Kaunas (Vytauto pr. 56) or in Vilnius (Konstitucijos pr. 7A, PC Europa 2a).

Registration is not required; you can visit at any time. We recommend checking the assortment and selecting a few models you would like to try on before your visit.

In Vilnius, we work from Monday to Sunday. In Kaunas, during the summer period, we also work on Saturdays. You can see the exact working hours here.

Of course, we deliver orders to all cities in Lithuania.

By clicking on any item, you will see the note "The item is available in Vilnius (Kaunas) salon." The city specified is where you will find the item. 

We recommend placing the order as early as possible to ensure that the items you like are not reserved by other customers. The system allows reservations starting from the next working day and up to 6 months in advance.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to send you a different dress. If you inform us by email and return the order to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will refund you 100% in RB credits or 90% of the rental price (insurance and delivery costs are not refundable).

If you have chosen the rental service, you can wear the items immediately. The shipped orders are ready to be worn. Sometimes the clothes may get slightly wrinkled during transportation. Always take out the clothes from the box and hang them. If there are any creases, you can easily smooth them out with a steamer.

You can remove the label if you are going to wear the dress. If you have ordered a 24-hour fitting service, the label cannot be removed.

If your event is not soon but you want to try on and create your look in advance, you can use the 24-hour fitting service. It is a very convenient and useful service. You can order up to 4 dresses to your home. Try them on, and the next day send them back to us. If you liked any of the dresses, don't hesitate to order it for your event. If you didn't find a suitable dress, visit our Dream Room in Kaunas or Vilnius, and we will help you make a selection.

Select your size and date on the calendar. If the system allows you to choose, then the dress is available.

To ensure your peace of mind, we send the order one day before the event, the second day is the event day, and the third and fourth days are reserved for the return of the order.

The system automatically does not allow ordering items for the next working day if you place the order after 12 PM due to delivery and preparation deadlines. Contact us at +370 665 19000, and we will clarify the possibilities for urgent reservations.

Choose the 4-day rental service. We recommend selecting Friday as the first day of the order, so the courier will deliver the package to you, and on the last day of the order, which is Monday, you will return the package. You can enjoy the weekend without worrying about the delivery or return of the dress.

Yes, you can. We offer rental periods of 16 and 28 days if your event is in another country or if you are planning a vacation.

In the Rent Boutique wardrobe, you can find clothes in sizes 32-46.

You can determine your RB size by visiting the "Size Chart" page. However, if you are unsure of your size, you can order the 24-hour fitting service or take advantage of the 1+1 offer.

Yes, garment measurements are provided for each item.

We do not make individual corrections to the clothes in the Rent Boutique store. However, inform our customer service manager about the necessary alteration, and we will assess the possibilities.

We constantly replenish the Rent Boutique store's assortment, and all items in the store can be seen on the website www.rentboutique.com. We introduce new items every month, so if you are unsure about your choice, you can wait for the next update. If you have already chosen a dress that you like and suits you, don't hesitate and make a reservation.

We take good care of the garments in the store, and we expect our customers to do the same. If a dress were damaged during a previous order, we would inform you and offer an alternative.

We strive to present the appearance and characteristics of the items on the website as realistically as possible. If you encounter such a situation, we would appreciate it if you could inform us.

The chances of meeting another person wearing the same dress are very low because each dress model comes in only a few sizes. However, if you wish, we can specify to which city we send a particular dress model.

When ordering any item from Rent Boutique, you pay a €3 insurance fee, which covers minor damages to the item (a few missing sequins, buttons, a broken zipper, etc.). We evaluate damages based on the RB item quality scale and always strive to find a favorable solution for the customer.

In Rent Boutique, you can find original and unique dresses for non-traditional brides, as well as short evening dresses. We offer various combinations of bridesmaid dresses that have a modern and playful look.

We do not have specifically designated dresses for pregnant women, but our assortment is very wide, with many different models, so we always find suitable clothing for pregnant women.

The "heart" symbol is used to mark items you like (Wish List). You can view the list of marked items anytime by selecting the "heart" symbol in the top right corner of the page.

Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher at Rent Boutique and surprise your friend, mother, sister. It's a great idea, so please contact us via email at rent@rentboutique.com.

RB points are credits that you earn for placing orders and leaving reviews (the value of one point is equal to 1 euro).

Send us feedback and a photo from your event with a Rent Boutique dress, and we will give you 5 credits.

You can use your accumulated points when placing an order in the "Payment" step.

RB points are valid until February 1 of the following year.

You can pay for your order using convenient methods such as online banking, Paysera, bank card, or cash (if placing an order at our Dream Room).

To rent a dress on our website, registration is required. By placing an order in your registered account, you agree to abide by the Rent Boutique terms of use, which are an integral part of order fulfillment. In your account, you can see your orders and track their status. We can always help you create an account (call +370 665 19000).

You can change the delivery address until you receive an email notification stating "Shipped." In some cases, changing the delivery address may incur additional delivery fees and delays.

Yes, you can if the item is not already reserved for that period.

If you want to change one item for another, please inform us via email at rent@rentboutique.com to cancel the initial order and create a new one. We are always here to help (call +370 665 19000).

You can cancel an order in your account.

The refund conditions for canceled orders can be found in the Rent Boutique Terms of Use. The buyer has the right to cancel the entire or partial order before the start of the order fulfillment day. The buyer incurs penalties based on the remaining days until the order start date. 

The courier can deliver orders to any address you specify (home, workplace, hotel).

The courier delivers orders from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. On the delivery day, the courier will contact you at the provided contact number to arrange a more specific delivery time. Please ensure you can be reached.

Courier delivery within Lithuania costs 7.9 EUR. Order returns are free of charge.

In Lithuania, we deliver orders to DPD parcel lockers (delivery cost 5.9 EUR).

Yes, it is necessary to sign when receiving the package.

Orders can be easily and quickly returned via DPD parcel lockers. In your order, you will find a return label that allows you to send the package through any DPD parcel locker. If you are unable to bring the package to a DPD parcel locker, contact the courier before 11 AM at +370 5 210 6777, provide the payer code 4533300 for "RENT BOUTIQUE" UAB, and the courier will come to your specified address to pick up the package.

Yes, you can return the order earlier. The specified return date is the latest day for returning the package.

If the last day of your order falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, you can drop off the return package at the nearest DPD parcel locker or return it to the Dream Room in Kaunas or Vilnius on the next working day.

If you see that you won't be able to return the package on time, check if your friend could return it on your behalf. If this option is not suitable, please contact us by email at rent@rentboutique.com, and we will try to find a solution.

We will inform you by email about the successful return of your order within 2 business days, or you can track the order status in your account.
