What items do we accept?
On the Rent Boutique platform, you can rent and/or sell your interesting and unique clothing and handbags that meet the following criteria:
- Excellent condition, as Rent Boutique pays great attention to it. The items you want to rent and/or sell must be new or almost new but must be in excellent condition;
- Only original items are accepted. Counterfeits and replicas cannot be rented and/or sold on the Rent Boutique platform;
- We do not accept custom-made clothing;
- We do not accept fast fashion brands such as Zara, Mango, Reserved, or accessories, as Rent Boutique promotes responsible consumption;
- We do not accept jewelry and shoes.
Rent Boutique's goal is not to buy your unused items. Rent Boutique provides a second chance for your items.
Rent Boutique reserves the right not to accept for rental and/or sale those items that do not fit our concept or fail to meet Rent Boutique's expert evaluation.
We aim to respond to your inquiries within 7 business days.

On average, you can recoup the money after 5-6 clothing rentals. The recommended optimal rental price range is 12-15% of the item's acquisition value.

Most items are rented out for the first time within 30 days.

The truth is, we wear only 20% of our clothes 80% of the time, wasting 80% of our money on unnecessary purchases.

- In the email, specify the brands and sizes of the clothing items, confirm that they are free of defects, and attach photos;
- We strive to respond to your submitted inquiries within 7 business days.
Rent Boutique reserves the right to decline rental and/or sale of items that do not align with our concept or fail to meet the subjective assessment of Rent Boutique experts."
