RB ITEM QUALITY METER
All Items are issued to the customer tidy, clean and/or without any other evident defects or damages. Rent Boutique expects that the Item returned by the Buyer will be of the same condition, given any normal wear and tear of the Item.
The Service Provider shall assess the condition of the Item based on objective criteria using the RB item quality meter and, if any damages listed therein have been observed, it shall be entitled to claim the compensation of losses from the Buyer pursuant to the tariffs provided.
MINOR DAMAGE (rate, EUR)
- A few sequins, beads or non-decorative buttons are missing - A functional zip is broken, but can be repaired - A fallen hem (not exceeding 3 cm) - Small easily cleaned stains

MAJOR DAMAGE (rate, EUR)
- A large number of sequins or beads are missing; whereas the lack thereof changes the commercial appearance and the value of the item - Fallen fabric hem in excess of 5 cm - Ripped fabric - Overstretched fabric (fabric texture or colour has changed) - Burnt fabric - Stubborn stains - A fastening or a zip has been damaged/broken irreparably and it must be replaced |
Minimum: Up to EUR 100 if the original appearance of the item may be restored
Maximum: Up to 90 % of the item value

INTENTIONAL DAMAGE (rate, EUR)
- Shortened dress (cutting off or hemming fabric and/or other methods) - Dress alterations (additional hems) - Washing or cleaning even if the instructions on the label have been followed - Sewing on additional details (buttons, sequins, fabric, etc.)

Even if you think that the garment has been damaged irreparably, please return it to us. It is possible our expert will manage to fix it and the losses caused will be estimated at a smaller value than the total value of the Item.
